Hi, let me propose my logo concepts to you.
I did not want to take a literal direction with including a picture of a crane lifting up words and so forth, so I've decided to go with those 'construction' bars that you often see at construction sites barricading off different locations, etc...
The 'girder', if you would like, is almost as if it's the baseline of the crane with the words acting as support braces. It is a strong, clean and uplifting (excuse the pun) logo which is very versatile as you can see.
I'd be more than happy for you to make any suggestions for improvement. cheers.
