This is my concept, i know you've mentioned not to use red, but i had this idea of the "I" being a glass, i know using any reference to glass, bottle might be a bit cliche, but then i thought this is an interesting combination and the word itself "allows" this, then the wine splashing out of the glass, creates a nice dynamic, and energy which you have after you drink it :)
Further more it is a clean and elegant design with reference to the product itself , but that is not necessarily a bad thing.
