This is getting closer. Can you make the header and footer more prominent on the page (i.e. thicker?) I'd like there to be a lot of color and this one is getting there.

I'd like to see some texture in the green header and footer and maybe the fringe reverse so that the "lacy" edge is going into the main panel.
