Hello, thank you for the invitation, this is the Business Card Design 1 with a size approximation, the background picture is for sample purposes. The card size is 3.5” x 1”, so the font size was chosen to be readable.
Added an ECG graph to give it a more medical look, maybe it could be misunderstood as a lost signal; for that I could remove the P, T and U waves so it will be abstract, what do you think?
I tried with icons from istockphoto, but they didn't look good, because they were so small, then tried with simple vector images, but the "@" was repetitive; I decided to leave that information to intuition.
Any feedback is welcome, thanks.

I like it a lot, except for the black background. Can you play with the background color a bit, try different shades of gray etc?
