You have nailed the brief. The 'red' world map looks great but probably not too relevant. We only represent media within Australia. I note that Australia is highlighted. Maybe Australia could be larger with the rest of the map partly excluded?
The menu font needs to be heavier.

Our Audience should probably be called 'Non-English speaking Audience'
Our Audience is non-english speakers plus young people (18 to 35), Indigenous persons, Print Handicapped and the G&L community. Quite diverse audiences.
Within these groups we represent radio stations, newspapers, magazines and websites.
Changing the media names doesn't really work. They are what they are?
Ethnic should be Ethnic Media.
Can we try a lighter brighter blue in the header. A bit closer to the our brand.
