I like how the logo sits on the blue panel. The menu text could be white on the blue background.
The red strip/band will work if the band and text was larger. It gets a little lost. It needs to come further down to allow room for the menu and secondary menu. Separate it from the panel below.

The search box. The red outline doesn't work.
The Spots and Space panel looks great.
